Rebecca holds a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Regent University and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of North Florida. She integrates a variety of evidence-based approaches within a client-centered framework, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Family Systems Therapy, and trauma-informed care.
