Biography
Grace Wentz is a Licensed Professional Counselor who is passionate about supporting adolescents and young adults through the challenges of growth and self-discovery. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Virginia in 2019 and went on to complete her Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Regent University in 2022. Her clinical background includes working in the residential treatment setting, where she provided therapeutic support to youth navigating issues such as anxiety, depression, substance use, ADHD, trauma, identity development, and family dynamics.
In her practice, Grace creates a safe, collaborative, and affirming space where clients can explore their personal experiences, develop coping strategies, and build emotional resilience. She draws from a variety of evidence-based approaches, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), person-centered therapy, and trauma-informed care, tailoring each session to meet the unique needs of her clients. Grace is especially skilled at connecting with adolescents and young adults during critical developmental stages, helping them feel seen, heard, and empowered. Her goal is to walk alongside her clients as they navigate life’s complexities and discover their own strengths and sense of purpose.
